What You Will Do:
Create compelling and effective design solutions that align with brand and marketing strategies across a variety of media types (ex: web, email, social, video, print, signage, etc.)
Interpret and expand upon existing creative direction in the execution of priority cross-functional campaigns and initiatives while adhering to established brand and visual systems
Contribute and engage actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and initiatives; work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output meets strategic objectives and brand standards
Collaborate with Senior Manager to develop and evolve brand parameters as well as support the team in maintaining high standards of design excellence
Manage the Design Co-op/Intern and act as a mentor and resource to junior team members
Who You Are:
3-6 years of professional experience in graphic/communication design
In-house/brand-side experience preferred; professional services experience a plus
Exceptional brand and communication design skills; strong understanding of core design principles (ex: typography, color, layout, hierarchy); knowledge digital design and print production best practices
Ability to work through all stages of design from start to finish with impeccable attention to detail
Experience with brand development, identity systems, and maintaining consistency across touchpoints
Strong time management and multitasking abilities; familiarity with working within workflow management tools (ex: Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.) a plus
Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of and interest in current design and marketing trends
Proficiency in industry standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Microsoft 365; Flourish, Figma, and After Effects knowledge a plus
Comfortable working in a PC environment
Portfolio will be requested and is required as part of the application process
