Manages an assistant, budgets, stakeholder relationships, university partnerships, employer branding, events, reporting, compliance, and candidate experience. Provides pastoral support to trainees and serves as a subject matter expert and ambassador for the firm’s early talent programmes.

Leads paralegal and case assistant services across staffing, workforce planning, performance management, training, recruiting, and service delivery. Partners with attorneys and business teams to improve workflows, adopt legal technology and AI, standardize processes, share knowledge, and enhance operational scalability. Uses staffing, utilization, demand, and performance data to guide decisions while coaching teams and driving continuous improvement across offices.

Provides administrative and logistical support for legal recruiting, especially lateral associate hiring. Maintains candidate records and recruiting databases, coordinates interviews, communicates with candidates and search firms, manages files and expenses, compiles evaluations, and supports conflicts, background checks, onboarding, recruiting materials, and related projects.

Process domestic and international payrolls, including biweekly, monthly, partner, and tax-related activities.
