As the Specialist, Content you will work closely with the Partnerships and Operations teams to identify opportunities for collaboration and create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with our partners and ensuring that content is delivered on time and to a high standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about technology and the impact it can have on businesses and consumers alike.

• Work on a wide range of research regarding all types of shops that include but is not limited to (restaurants, pet shops, beauty, pharmacies, and tickets).
• Add accurate shop information regarding banners, logos, locations, descriptions, subtitles, working hours & Menus on the application.
• Promptly respond to team requests that include adding new shops and updating shop information.
• Keep a proven track record with all data added to the application through work management tools. •
• Develop stores on Backend.
• Develop promotion and discount to partner on Mrsool system (Backend).
• Develop & update menus on Mrsool systems (Portal).
• Maintain edits required by partnership clients.
• Fix front issues related to stores & courier registration.
• Fix operations team issues regarding stores through Mrsool systems

• Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience as a data entry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Very good research and fast typing skills.
• Good Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a must.
• Good English.
