Joining our Group Reporting team, you will contribute to group consolidation activities and handle day-to-day IFRS accounting topics. You will manage core Intercompany reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and support timely, accurate financial closes. As an active team contributor assisting with year-end audits and financial statement disclosures, you will help maintain high reporting standards and streamline our finance operations.
What You'll Do- Perform hands-on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks within the group consolidation workflow.
- Assist in drafting IFRS annual financial statements, disclosures, and supporting technical notes.
- Execute Intercompany (IC) reconciliations to ensure accurate eliminations across entities.
- Assist the team during year-end external audits by preparing supporting schedules, documentation, and answering routine queries.
- Identify practical ways to improve consolidation templates and daily financial reporting workflows.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in group accounting, consolidation, or audit support.
- Good practical understanding of IFRS standards and experience assisting with financial statement notes.
- Hands-on exposure to year-end audit preparation and compiling clean audit working papers.
- Working familiarity with group reporting software or standard ERP systems (experience with LucaNet is a plus).
- Reliable team player who works comfortably in fast-paced fintech environments and meets tight reporting schedules.
