Job Summary:

Specialist Compliance will serve as a point of contact for day-to-day Compliance Education and Training activities in the Workday LMS for both Compliance & Risk and Information Security. This role will support compliance education planning, development, administration, reporting, tracking, and metrics collection. The candidate will report to and work closely with R1 RCM Inc.’s Director, Compliance Education, and the full Compliance & Risk team, in partnership with R1’s U.S., India, and Philippines based operators.

In this role, the successful candidate will support the comprehensive strategy and growth plans of R1 education initiatives to ensure that our workforce receives needed education to meet all regulatory and certification requirements. This individual will need to have skills in customer service, database management, LMS administration, and be proactive in developing education plans for various workforce audiences.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain courses in the Workday LMS for onboarding, annual and ad hoc programs
  • Develop assignment campaigns in Workday with custom notifications for onboarding, annual, and ad hoc programs
  • Create audiences using Workday data to target or group audience by program need
  • Develop and maintain custom reporting in Workday LMS
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards for senior leadership using Workday data
  • Perform EIB uploads and enrollments when necessary for specific assignments or historical documentation
  • Monitor completions and follow-up for Compliance and Information Security campaigns and assignments
  • Monitor completions and follow-up for contractors through the Beeline vendor management tools
  • Deliver excellent customer service including troubleshooting user issues with online courses
  • Monitor the Workday Learning inbox for program specific questions
  • Manage routine Service Now tickets for Compliance Education  
  • Provide support for R1 and customer certifications through audit reviews of education records 
  • Work with other training professionals and people leaders at R1 to ensure coordinated delivery and completion of R1 and customer compliance education
  • Provide support for LMS governance and implementation of new features
  • Perform learning/historical record migration as needed
  • Elevate the visibility of the compliance education program with target audiences and leadership
  • Drive operational excellence that results in improved quality and customer satisfaction

Skills:

  • 1-3 years’ experience as a learning administrator, with specific experience in:
    • LMS system administration
    • Process improvement
    • Metric collection and reporting
    • Stakeholder communications
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated track records in quality and operational improvements, ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven success at building relationships and credibility quickly with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Proven success in effectively managing processes across a large, distributed, and global organization / workforce.

Other Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, Internet, and email) are required.

  • Familiarity with online authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Power BI or other tools for reporting and metrics collection
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation development tools
  • Expert with webinar platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, or similar
  • Able to establish credibility with leadership, customers, and peers
