Responsibilities and Duties:
 
Non-Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

·       Review daily alerts generated by ActiveComply across social and web platforms.
·       Check whether flagged posts actually need edits or are already compliant.
·       Communicate with advisors using pre-written templates to request updates or corrections.
·       Document progress and close out resolved alerts within the system.
·       Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the U.S. Compliance Lead.
·       Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports showing alert volume, completion rates, and trends.
·       Help keep outreach templates, filters, and workflows current and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       Experience in marketing operations, content moderation, or digital marketing preferred.
·       Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
·       High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
·       Organized, dependable, and comfortable following structured processes.
·       Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with ActiveComply or similar tools is a plus.
·       Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through on tasks.
