We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Compliance & Control II to join our Corporate Risk team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- To support the Corporate Risk function with the continued maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (encompassing Operational, Fiduciary, Business and Reputational risks) within Insight.
- Team works on Risk Assessment and Management, and subsequent consequence management as well.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, collaborative, a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities.
- Preferably the candidate would have prior experience in Risk Management in Financial Services. The candidate should be a self-starter, ability to multi-task, have good communication and written skills, and work with all levels of management. Candidate should be self-motivated and organized and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
- The applicant will be expected to continually consider different methodologies, tools and formats appropriate for effective risk monitoring and reporting, suggesting improvements to reporting in order to provide effective key risk management information.
- The applicant should have good analytical skills, capable of thinking logically, using initiative and systematically able to resolve problems
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- 2 - 3 Years’ experience in risk management in any financial services company.
