DEPARTMENT BRIEF
Data Solutions Client Services (DSO) is the industry-leading provider of FactSet and third-party content. It focuses on three pillars of Connected Content, Digital Delivery, and Client Workflow Solutions, with a focus on client and provider partnerships. DSO clients seamlessly access organized and connected data that is easily discoverable and delivered via various technologies and formats that meet the needs of our client's workflows. By enabling our clients to utilize their preferred choice of industry-standard databases, programming languages, API’s and data feeds, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. The SBU contributes over $200M in ASV, with a double-digit year-over-year growth rate. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard Data Feeds, Exchange Data Feeds, Digital Solutions, OnDemand/APIs, Cloud Deliveries, Cornerstone and User Defined Feeds, and Benchmark Feeds.

PROCESS BRIEF
FactSet Digital Solutions provides digital investment solutions for retail banking, private banking, wealth management, online brokerage, advisory and the media based on flexible technology and comprehensive support and hosting for integrated digital services and applications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all CTS digital clients globally.
- Provide intelligent solutions and support to global clients by developing expertise in digital products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
- Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering productive relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
- Conduct external and internal training sessions to enhance client understanding and product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with product development to contribute to innovative and market-leading solutions.
- Provide intelligent ground up feedback for workflow improvement.
Job Requirements:
- A relevant Finance and Technology degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in one or more FinTech technologies, programming, or query languages, and/or a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn in a dynamic technical landscape.
- Experience and working knowledge of APIs is preferred.
- Understanding of capital market and financial data / financial terminologies
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and motivated, with a desire to learn and work with new technologies.
- Enthusiasm and drive to excel in a technical client-facing role.
- A previous client-facing Financial-Technology experience and/or familiarity with Cloud technologies or SQL would be ideal.
