We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Coverage to join our Corporate Trust team. 

This role is located in Spain and will primarily support a senior Relationship Manager in the day-to-day management of client relationships, business development activity, and related administrative and coordination responsibilities, while also taking responsibility for a limited number of lower-complexity client accounts under appropriate supervision.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the senior Relationship Manager in the day-to-day management of client relationships, while taking responsibility for a limited number of lower-complexity client accounts, including routine client interaction, internal coordination, and follow-up under appropriate supervision.
  • Own client engagement and internal coordination for designated new deals throughout onboarding, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Act as backup to the RM when required (e.g., travel, client meetings, vacation).
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings, business presentations, internal discussions, and follow-up actions by coordinating agendas, materials, and presentation content.
  • Support the maintenance of client, pipeline, and sales activity records, ensuring information is updated accurately and in a timely manner across internal systems and trackers.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and client maintenance activities, including documentation gathering, KYC-related processes, internal approvals, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a coordination point between the senior Relationship Manager and internal teams including Product, Client Service, Implementation, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and KYC.
  • Prepare presentation packs, briefing materials, reports, and other supporting documentation for client coverage and business development purposes.
  • Conduct market and client-related research to support the senior Relationship Manager in identifying opportunities and preparing for client interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality across client files, meeting notes, contact records, and internal documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, coordination, and administrative efficiency through effective organization and use of available tools.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Relevant experience in sales support, client support, relationship management support, junior relationship management, business administration, or financial services preferred.
  • Interest in developing experience within client coverage and relationship management in a Corporate Trust environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • High attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of ownership over deliverables and follow-up actions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with internal systems, reporting tools, onboarding processes, or client management platforms is an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
