Job Description

We are looking for a Incentives Analyst Intern to join our team in Madrid. This is an opportunity for a graduate or student, including someone in the final year of their degree, to gain hands-on experience across sales operations, finance, data, and business systems in a global SaaS environment. No prior professional experience is required.

You will support the Global Incentives team with accurate calculation, reporting, and control of sales commissions and incentive plans, working across teams and functions.

What you will do

  • Support day-to-day commission calculations and help resolve participant questions from end-users.
  • Assist with checks across our systems; Salesforce and Salesforce Spiff.
  • Help prepare monthly variable-pay results through reconciliations, controls, and data checks.
  • Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, and trends.
  • Contribute to user guides, training material, process improvement, audit requests, reporting and other special projects.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Final year of bachelor, master’s degree, or fresh graduate, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
  • Excel skills and confidence working with data, formulas, lookups, and structured spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking your work.
  • Analytical and curious, with the instinct to investigate when numbers do not match.
  • Positive and collaborative, with good communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to have - but not required

  • Any exposure to Salesforce, Salesforce Spiff, CRM systems, finance, sales operations, or incentive compensation.
  • Interest in the software / SaaS industry.
