As a Specialist, you’ll work to analyze, design, implement, and sustain complex Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in support of the organization's technology resources and processes. You will utilize RPA expertise to drive business efficiencies and results.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, configures, customizes, documents, deploys, maintains and upgrades moderately complex Robotics Process Automation solutions in tools like NEVA, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
  • Identifies business operations processes that are feasible for automation. Assesses and documents technical and functional requirements.Provides recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Tests automation and suggests changes based on functional requirements.
  • Performs the day-to-day operations of complex robotic process solutions, including the administration of process-related tools
  • Monitors and maintains automation post-implementation and resolves any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Works with and consults customers and project teams in the development of project plans to deliver Robotic Process Automation process design efforts in support of business objectives.
  • Ensures quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs.
  • Helps keep stakeholders informed of process changes, defects and results.  Participates in project review meetings with customers and other team members.
  • May mentor, educate or train others on the use of Robotics Process Automation methods and tools.
  • Help ensure RPA priorities are aligned to organizational strategy and goals.

May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager or Director.

Technical Skills and Experiences:

Education: Undergraduate studies in computer science, information technology, business or a related field. Graduate studies preferred.

Experience: Typically, six or more years of experience in Robotics Process Automation or related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Ability to apply advanced knowledge of RPA to business problems. Proven knowledge of performance measurement and style analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Knowledge of workflow systems, macros, low-code automation and other related technology solutions. Experience using online collaboration technologies such as Sharepoint, MS Teams, Jira, and Outlook. Understanding and exposure to T-SQL / PL-SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery, C#, Java, Visual Basic, reporting tools such as Tableau & WebFOCUS and database technologies such as Oracle, MS-SQL server & Netezza are a plus.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Extended work hours may be required based on workload. May require occasional travel.

Note on Compensation for Part-Time Roles: Please be aware that the salary ranges listed below reflect full-time compensation. Actual compensation may be prorated based on the number of hours worked relative to a full-time schedule.

The national salary range for Specialist, Robotics Process Automation : $88,000.00-$164,000.00

The expected starting salary range for Specialist, Robotics Process Automation : $88,000.00 - $132,000.00
