Job Profile Summary
Under supervision of the Billing Supervisor, this position is responsible for billing clients for consulting services provided for various types of consulting projects as well as setting up these projects in coordination with the sales and business unit teams upon contract signature.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with Sales and business unit departments regarding specific client project setup and billing needs.

Procures all the proper information/paperwork for updating customer consulting projects for billing.

Interacts frequently with interdepartmental associates and management for the purpose of capturing all related costs for billing accuracy. Prepare all adjustments (voids/credit memos) when necessary.

Communicates globally with other offices.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

SAP experience preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Works well under pressure and effective at meeting deadlines

Familiarity with global geographical locations, airport codes

Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
