What You Do
What You Do
Utilize Agile (Scrum) Software framework & lead development for software and IOT Embedded systems architecture to drive value for internal stakeholders.
As a part of the above and on an ongoing basis will also:
- Establish strong team member relations at all levels, and provide support for people development, coaching, and mentoring to other software developers
- Utilize Agile (Scrum) methodologies to lead development for software, AI/ML training, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Foster strong team relationships, providing mentorship and professional development support to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and drive the product vision.
- Design and develop AI-driven software applications to optimize company performance.
- Leverage Object-Oriented Programming principles to build scalable, reusable code repositories.
- Identify, establish, and develop API connections for seamless integrations.
- Manage software testing, version control (Git), and commit authentication.
- Develop and maintain software infrastructure and platforms.
- Consult with internal stakeholders on software projects, providing technical expertise.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for backend and IoT systems, utilizing ETL techniques.
- Implement AI models, including generative models, deep neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and convolutional neural networks.
- Develop AI solutions to enhance vehicle design and production.
- Create standardized work documentation for all hardware, systems, and applications.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages: Python, SQL, NoSQL, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Subject matter expertise in application frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, React, Docker, Django, and Linux CLI.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines for application development.
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, REST API, Apache Suite, and LangChain.
- Advanced knowledge of AI models, two-phase decision algorithms, and LLMs.
- Experience with neural networks, including deep, recurrent, and convolutional models.
- Experience building AI solutions for IoT optimizations and generative modeling.
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components and complete applications.
- Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (programming-based), or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- AI/ML expertise, including experience with multi-modal models, reinforcement learning, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with software vulnerability testing and enterprise cybersecurity analysis.
- Thought leadership through contributions to the AI community (publications, open-source projects, speaking engagements).
- Expertise in developing AI solutions, such as generative models or IoT optimizations, to increase efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing APIs, data pipelines, and CI/CD workflows for backend systems.
- Strong documentation skills with a focus on continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Experience mentoring other developers and fostering a culture of innovation and security.
