Supports plant financial performance through cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory audits, monthly close activities, and cost improvement initiatives. Partners with manufacturing, accounting, and international teams to identify cost drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities. Creates financial templates, cost targets, standardized work, and manuals while supporting PDCA activities, team development, and cross-training. The role may require work outside typical hours and domestic or international travel.

Lead budgeting and forecasting by developing standardized processes and tools, coordinating annual/quarterly/monthly planning cycles, training stakeholders, creating templates and schedules, supporting accounting and month-end, liaising with Japanese partners, driving continuous improvement, producing leadership reports, and resolving budget issues. May require travel and after-hours work.

Support internal and external financial reporting and treasury operations including cash management forecasting, daily banking transactions, monthly close and variance analysis, credit facility applications, and preparation of financial statements and footnotes. Lead treasury processes, create standardized work and policies, support cross-functional reporting, and travel or work outside regular hours as needed.
