Provide plant-wide and shop-specific safety support through regulatory compliance, incident investigation, audits, training, ergonomics, KPI tracking, and safety system implementation. Lead safety projects, influence team behavior, coordinate with advisors and vendors, maintain records and reporting, and support continuous improvement of safety culture.

Maintains positive team member relations across a manufacturing plant by supporting engagement, coaching, mentoring, policy implementation, investigations, conflict resolution, hotline concerns, and corrective actions. Partners with section leadership, develops management practices, monitors morale, communicates team member and company viewpoints, and supports continuous improvement. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, Microsoft Office proficiency, and manufacturing policy knowledge. Travel and nonstandard hours may be required.

Lead budgeting and forecasting by developing standardized processes and tools, coordinating annual/quarterly/monthly planning cycles, training stakeholders, creating templates and schedules, supporting accounting and month-end, liaising with Japanese partners, driving continuous improvement, producing leadership reports, and resolving budget issues. May require travel and after-hours work.

Oversee Quality Engineering in manufacturing, ensuring process quality, supplier management, and continuous improvement while leading teams and strategies to enhance organizational capabilities.

Support internal and external financial reporting and treasury operations including cash management forecasting, daily banking transactions, monthly close and variance analysis, credit facility applications, and preparation of financial statements and footnotes. Lead treasury processes, create standardized work and policies, support cross-functional reporting, and travel or work outside regular hours as needed.

Lead and manage plant-wide internal communications across channels (app, newsletter, email, digital signage), create visual assets, and produce/edit photos and videos. Partner with Safety, Production, Leadership and others to deliver timely, consistent messaging, develop communication plans, manage projects, monitor channels, and support two-way feedback. Ensure brand alignment, meet deadlines, and be available to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.
