Role Summary
The Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless daily operations at the JangAn plant, supporting over 200 employees.
This role drives efficient administrative processes, document control, and cross-functional coordination, enabling operational excellence and a productive workplace environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Office & Administrative Operations
Oversee general administrative and office management activities to support site operations
Manage office facilities, supplies, and workplace environment to ensure operational efficiency
Coordinate travel arrangements for visitors, including accommodation and transportation
2. Document Control & Compliance
Manage and maintain document control systems using SharePoint
Administer regulatory permits, construction documents, and Management of Change (MOC) records
Monitor document processes, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
3. Financial & Vendor Support
Track budgets, process expense reconciliation, and manage purchase requisitions (PR)
Support vendor and contract administration, including invoice processing and coordination
4. HR & Employee Support
Support onboarding processes for new hires and manage visitor coordination
Assist with employee engagement activities, site events, and internal communications
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, EHS, and Operations teams to support site-wide initiatives
Provide administrative support across departments as needed
6. Systems & Data Management
Maintain and update material master data in SAP
Manage corporate seal processes, including approval tracking and document issuance
What We Seek
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year college or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in administrative, office management, Doc Control, or similar roles
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
