What you’ll achieve
As an Associate Sales Engineer Analyst, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful technical solutions to customers. Partnering with Sales and Presales teams, you will leverage your technical knowledge to develop and present tailored solutions, ensuring customers fully understand the value and benefits of our offering.
You will:

Conduct thorough assessments of customer systems, infrastructure, and business requirements to gain insights into their current and future needs.

Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and customer teams to deeply understand customer pain points, goals, and objectives, translating these into actionable solutions.

Architect and propose customized technical solutions that meet customer requirements while demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings.

Confidently present and defend proposed solutions in front of customers, addressing any questions or concerns, and positioning yourself as a trusted technical advisor.

Ensure that every interaction with the customer is aligned with delivering an exceptional experience, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Develop technical diagrams, visual proposals, and other documentation to clearly communicate the proposed solution.

Provide technical expertise and deliver services to the field within required timeframes, ensuring timely project execution and delivery.

Produce accurate and detailed quotations for customer solutions that reflect both their technical and business needs.

Essential Requirements.

Customer facing + technical proficiency (Storage and networking)

Attention to detail and strong technical aptitude

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/BCA/MCA
-
Effective communication skills and stakeholder management.

Strong presentation abilities and customer engagement skills.
Desirable Requirements
-
0-3 years’ experience in a support or technical role
-
IT certifications such as CCNA, ISM etc
IMP NOTE: Shift- 6PM-3 AM. Eligible for shift allowance and holiday allowance. Cab pickup and drop service to be provided.
