Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information within the functional systems
- Supporting the audit and review process of organizational data housed in the system
- Analyzing and entering organizational changes and updates into the systems to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborating with other departments and Centers of Excellence (COE) as needed for data consistency
- Participating in technical projects related to data integrity and system workflow improvements
- Assisting in the execution of design, testing, deployment, and training phases for system enhancements
- Keeping abreast of system upgrades and rival products to support team knowledge growth
- Providing administrative support to the functional systems and technology department, including generating reports and analyses
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
