What you'll do:- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across operations, product, and commercial teams
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive project execution while balancing speed, quality, and risk management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and align on outcomes
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Use data-driven decision making to guide prioritisation and measure success
- Support organisational change management, adoption, and communication
- Track project performance and evaluate business impact post-launch
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Operations Management
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments (startup, scale-up, consulting, operations, or tech preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- Comfortable working with data using Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, SaaS, or technology companies
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMQ)
- Experience supporting operational transformation or process improvement initiatives
Salary: $100,000-$140,000 DOE
