Job Description:
SimIS, Inc seeks a Space Capability Developer to assist the HQ SACT Space Branch in the design, development, and implementation of future Space Capabilities. Coordinate and monitor the full life-cycle of capability development, implementation, and disposal across all elements of DOTMLPFI including requirements, plans, solutions, networking with industry. ACT is NATO’s leading agent for change: driving, facilitating, and advocating the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities to maintain and enhance military relevance and effectiveness of the Alliance.     
Experience Required:
  • 5 years’ experience in capability development management tools (e.g. DOORS, MS project and visio).
  • 5 years operational knowledge of Space efforts either as a military officer or as a civilian.
  • Working knowledge of Configuration Management methods and practices.
  • 5 years’ experience in briefing senior leaders/decision makers.

Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Proficient in DOORS, MS project and visio.
