As the Assistant Manager for Gozzer Ranch you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Key Area #1:
- Front of house concierge team
- Coordinates and assists in front desk staffing, scheduling, and ensures the concierge staff is following all protocols and standards of operations.
- Expert on all services provided in order to communicate with members, staff and others.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day spa operations. This includes the concierge staff and service providers.
- You are directly responsible for the culture of the environment driving the member loyalty, building relationships and delivering service excellence throughout each member’s experience.
Key Area #2:
- Retail inventory and management
- Ensuring boutique is properly replenished as needed throughout the day.
- Keeping an accurate record of orders needing to be placed.
- Making sure prices are up to date in system and what is on the floor.
- Putting out and merchandising new inventory as we receive it.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- 2+ years management experience preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently.
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills, using critical thinking and good judgment.
- Team player with leadership and supervisory skills.
- Able to effectively work and guide staff to operate at peak efficiency and manage diverse personalities.
- Detail oriented with retail and or merchandising background.
- Perform opening and closing procedures including reports and inventory.
- Oversee spa standards, conduct daily walk through and initiate maintenance as needed to ensure safety for members and staff.
- Effectively motivate self and staff, be able to communicate job responsibilities, expectations, member service standards and company policy/guidelines.
