Stratégie et exécution des campagnes marketing
- Définir et planifier des campagnes multicanales (emailing, SMS, web, etc.) pour la fidélisation des clients et la génération de leads
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de fidélisation de clients via les canaux digitaux (emailing, SMS,...)
- Concevoir et optimiser des parcours clients personnalisés pour maximiser l'engagement et la conversion
- Mettre en place des campagnes d'emailing automatisées et ciblées
Marketing automation
- Créer, tester et optimiser des workflows dans les outils de marketing automation.
- Analyser les performances et mettre en place des améliorations continues pour maximiser l’engagement et la conversion.
Création de contenu
- Rédiger des contenus engageants (emails, newsletters, landing pages...) adaptés à chaque persona.
- Créer des visuels et des landing pages optimisés pour la conversion.
Monitoring et analyse
- Suivre et analyser les KPIs des campagnes (taux d’ouverture, de clic, de conversion, ROI, etc.).
- Analyser les parcours utilisateurs pour identifier les points de friction et proposer des actions correctives.
- Préparer des rapports et des recommandations pour les parties prenantes.
Veille et innovation
- Surveiller les tendances du marketing digital et explorer de nouvelles approches ou outils pour améliorer nos pratiques.
