Essential Functions
- Evaluation‐équipement‐formation‐dépannage patient
- Référent des prestataires : identification de prestataires, formation, certification et contractualisation
- Suivi administratif et opérationnel des PSR (documents légaux, facturation mensuelle, certification annuelle)
- Suivi régulier du niveau de qualité de la formation patient,
- Effectue la certification annuelle des équipes terrain (TM, DR)
- Collaboration avec le service coordination et TM du secteur pour la gestion des demandes d’équipements
- Travail collaboratif avec tous les services (terrain et siège)
- Elaboration et suivi des formations internes
- Elaboration et suivi des plans d’actions
- Veille sur le suivi administratif et aide ponctuelle à la récupération des documents
- Est le garant de la bonne gestion de son portefeuille PSR (admin, log, missions terrain)
- Formation et sensibilisation des équipes aux techniques de travail
- Réalisation, consolidation des procédures
- Amélioration continue sur les principes d’équipement
- Suivi des anomalies de fonctionnement suite à l’équipement
- Assurer un service patient optimal (appels patients)
- Communication avec les services de secours, réseau
- Echanges techniques, en lien avec le patient, avec les équipes para médicales
- Implication dans la gestion des patients décédés selon les procédures ISO
- Renseigner les outils de suivi (saisie d’activité, suivi de temps d’activité, notes de frais, …) dans les délais impartis
- Récupération‐renvoi du matériel non renvoyé par le patient et participation à la gestion des stocks et inventaires
- Participation aux réunions organisées par le Manager CAS ou le Directeur National des Ventes, aux réunions nationales
