Sourcing Trainee
About the job 📚
Execute sourcing strategy aligned with supply chain/business strategy.
Develop and manage strategic sourcing partnerships for cost reduction and quality improvement.
Analyze market trends and influence decision-making in the factory.
Support factories in overcoming sourcing constraints and work on sourcing saving projects.
Manage supplier approval process, drive supply base consolidation, and rationalization.
What we are looking for 🌟
Ideally in the final year of Bachelor's studies in a relevant field such as Procurement, Economics, International Relations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Strategic mindset
Full time job for at least 6 months
English language knowledge on professional level (both written and verbal) mandated
Confident MS Excel & MS Word knowledge
Accuracy, attention to details and capability to work on an organized way
Strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Motivation and ambition
Long-Term commitment
Openness to AI tools – so familiarity and a willingness to engage with it
Nice-to-have:
Relevant experience in a multinational environment
