Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

The Sourcing Support Lead will work closely with global and regional sourcing leads and key stakeholders by supporting the Global Sourcing team to execute against its regional strategy.

Serving as a support lead managing high-value spot orders, you will develop, negotiate, and monitor supplier agreements while developing and maintaining supplier relationships. More than just managing vendors, you are building a high-performing, sustainable, and secure ecosystem of third-party partners.

By leveraging best-in-class technologies and fostering cross-functional synergy, you will ensure our procurement operations are seamless, compliant, and scaled for growth. Your role is to optimise the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while maintaining an uncompromising standard for supplier quality, ethical governance, data security, and vendor due diligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute long-term category plans and regionalised sourcing strategies that align with Global Sourcing Real Estate (GSRE) objectives and broader corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.

  • Proactively identify, negotiate, and report on cost-savings and efficiency opportunities across assigned spend, leveraging scale through Regional and Global agreements.

  • Act as a strategic bridge between GSRE, Finance, and Legal to drive process efficiency and cross-geography integration.

  • Transform indirect spend into a competitive advantage through innovative category strategies.

  • Negotiate and audit high-value agreements that protect the company's interests, enforce stringent data privacy standards, and foster long-term supplier relationships.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to guide, educate, and train internal stakeholders on GSRE processes, policies, and risk-management systems.

  • Work closely with Third-Party Optimisation (TPO) and Global Sourcing leaders to manage the end-to-end third-party lifecycle, ensuring all vendor engagements meet corporate standards for Information Security.

  • Ensure processes from supplier selection to contract negotiation and implementation maintain 100% adherence to governance and audit protocols.

  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reducing complexity, lowering costs, and driving change management for the adoption of AI-enhanced procurement technologies.

  • Establish and maintain programme reporting protocols, define metrics, deliver analytics, and create dashboards to communicate programme status and performance to leadership.

  • Develop and continuously improve spend analytics reporting to provide data-driven, predictive insights for future sourcing decisions.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree, university education, or practical work experience.

  • Knowledge and experience needed to operate independently within a Global Sourcing or third-party risk team.

  • Experience managing high-volume RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI) across various Indirect Spend categories, particularly in IT, Marketing, and Data.

  • Previous experience in a procurement, sourcing, or purchasing role.

  • Experience in contract negotiation, management, and navigating legal and compliance workflows with third-party suppliers.

  • Expertise in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and executing enterprise-wide, risk-aware sourcing solutions.

  • Proficiency with e-Procurement tools such as Jaggaer, Adquira, or Sinertrade.

What Could Set You Apart

  • A digital-first mindset with a strong aptitude for evaluating and adopting new procurement technologies, including automation and data analytics tools.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and internal customer service skills, supported by a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Strong results orientation and self-management skills, with a focus on searching for new projects and potential opportunities.

  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace environment.

  • Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment, reordering priorities on short notice to meet changing business requirements without the need for constant supervision
