Requirements
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter with strong sourcing expertise to identify, attract, and engage top talent. The role involves end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, with a strong focus on proactive talent pipeline development.
Candidate Sourcing & Networking
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Use Boolean search techniques and data mining to identify quality candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and pre-screen candidates for role suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Conduct initial outreach, send recruiting emails, and follow up with candidates.
Generate referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
Reconnect with past applicants for new job opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source talent.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as source of hire, time-to-fill, and pipeline health.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment lifecycle management.
Strong expertise in Boolean search, data mining, and social recruiting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong reporting and analytical skills related to recruitment metrics.
Experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Knowledge of ATS tools, CRM platforms, or recruitment analytics.
