POSITION OVERVIEW
Newmark is seeking a driven and resourceful Candidate Sourcer to build robust talent pipelines across our Commercial Real Estate business lines, concentrating on Property Management, Occupier Solutions, and Facilities Management. This person will partner closely with recruiters to develop a deep, diverse, and continuously refreshed talent pool that keeps Newmark ahead in a competitive CRE labor market.
ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO
Proactively source and identify qualified CRE professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, industry associations, job boards, and other sourcing channels
Build and maintain a strong, ongoing talent pipeline for Property Management and Occupier Solutions/Facilities Management roles across all levels, partnering closely with
May conduct initial outreach and engagement with passive candidates, articulating Newmark's value proposition and screening for basic qualifications and interest prior to recruiter handoff
Research and map the competitive landscape, identifying key talent at competitor firms and through industry associations such as IREM, BOMA, IFMA, and CoreNet Global
Build talent communities and nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates, even when immediate openings aren't available
Track candidate engagement, pipeline activity, and sourcing metrics within the ATS/CRM, and stay current on CRE industry trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategy
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Required
2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition; experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, or Facilities Management strongly preferred
Proven experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms, with strong Boolean and X-ray search capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with passive candidates
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred
Existing network or knowledge of CRE professional associations (IREM, BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet Global)
Experience recruiting for facilities management, property engineering, or building operations roles
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle, Greenhouse)
