The Sourcing Product Line Leader leads strategy development aligned to Product Line needs, supports business efforts across seven Sourcing commodities, and drives process improvements in close partnership with the broader Sourcing organization.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to align Sourcing and Product Line strategies; collaborate across the enterprise to define a shared strategy that Commodity and Product Line teams adopt as the blueprint for the future.
  • Engage Product Line teams early in the Sourcing Deal Review process so they can offer currencies, solutions, or alternative strategies that deliver business outcomes.
  • Own Product Line sourcing efforts across seven commodities, including sourcing support for product sunsets, product changes, and issue resolution.
  • Support end-customer requests that require Sourcing input.
  • Partner with customer-facing organizations to capture commercial opportunities and mitigate risks tied to sourced material.
  • Lead process improvements in close partnership with commodity teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and/or customer facing operations.
