At Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare organizations across Southwest Florida by developing and managing sourcing agreements that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance. You'll collaborate with healthcare leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create innovative solutions that directly impact patient care and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
As a sourcing manager you will assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives across multiple categories. Analyze spending, pricing and market trends to identify savings opportunities. Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals and performance monitoring. At times you may need to partner with finance, distribution purchasing and member hospitals on sourcing strategies. Drive contract compliance and implementation efforts. Identify innovative solutions that enhance value for member organizations.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited institution in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain contracting or strategic sourcing
