What You Will Deliver
  • Supplier Identification & Evaluation:
  • Research and identify potential suppliers based on business requirements.
  • Assess supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
  • Procurement & Negotiation:
  • Request and analyze quotations from multiple suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize costs and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
  • Market & Data Analysis:
  • Analyze procurement trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on key sourcing metrics and supplier evaluations.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Implement best practices in supplier management and procurement.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier performance and supply chain disruptions.

Who You Are
  • Any Degree or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  •  2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and MS Excel / procurement software.
  • Knowledge of market trends, supplier management, and cost analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Skills Required
