Summary:

In this role, you will provide ongoing support and training to the members of the Vizient MedSurg Commit Program. You will work collectively with the Captis and Mayo service provider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the program. Your responsibilities will include leading the onboarding process for new members, assisting and guiding members in adopting complex product and service solutions, training members on program tools and reports, and supporting ongoing monthly operational activities. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert to maximize membership participation in all MedSurg Commit offerings and monitor compliance targets and opportunities within the MedSurg Commit Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new member onboarding process and collaborates with applicable Vizient resources to deliver a successful overall onboarding membership experience.

  • Facilitate the opportunities for review and engagement among key stakeholders within member organizations, including executives and key decision-makers.

  • Support ongoing training and education of members, bringing in key Vizient support to participate in active engagement within each member organization.

  • Develop effective relationships with members, key Vizient Sales and client management staff, and service provider teams to ensure satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.

  • Work independently to deliver key program metrics and develop and manage various membership needs; use skillset to manage complex conditions and look for optimal adoption and value.

  • Present savings initiatives and compliance updates at engagement meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Business and/or Healthcare is preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience required. Experience in healthcare supply chain contracting (provider or supplier) preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present complex information in a summary fashion using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint and Excel – example: VLOOKUP).

  • Expertise and skillset required for a member-facing role to drive accountability and to build relationships and strategic partnerships with our members along with internal stakeholders.

  • Experience leading training sessions through virtual platforms using various teaching methods and techniques to ensure optimal learning outcomes is preferred

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
