Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.
For one of the four core processes in scope, the Senior Tech Lead for Source to Pay will play a key role in ensuring that processes and data within the ERP system are accurately defined, designed, developed & rolled out. This role involves deep expertise in the current processes, knowledge of best-in-class practices (external benchmarking), strong ability to question current practices, processes and organization and identify gaps versus standard and harmonized target, The role involves strategic visioning of best way in delivering target within core system and related satellites as well as existing maintained local applications.
Your key missions:
Solution Leadership
You will act as an SAP/Technology knowledge leader for functional teams and provide knowledge transfer to team members as necessary on S2P topics. Guide technical teams in best practices for SAP ERP technical part of the implementation. Eventually, ensure appropriate technical design in compliance with architecture standards.
Reports/ Interfaces / Conversion / Enhancements / Forms & Workflows (RICEFW)
During design, build, test & roll out, you will create the conditions for his/her technology team to identify & document necessary elements for systems set up, securing on time, on quality and on budget implementation
Program Management
You will plan & organize, support, track and report necessary activities to be performed by his or her team to secure successful delivery. Identify and orchestrate needs for collaboration amongst the various delivery teams (including Tech Teams beyond Leap). Assess risk, define and track action plans. Eventually act as the best partner for program leadership (global, functional & technology)
Team management
You will provide oversight of Functional and Technical team members, mobilize, animate, support on a day-to-day basis his or her team securing the best conditions in terms of collaboration, skills development. Create and activate the relevant bridges with other teams.

- You have a Master's degree engineering or business school
- You have 10+ years' experience in the consumer goods industry and procurement processes (direct & indirect)
- You have extensive experience of large-scale implementation. delivery methodology
- You have SAP knowledge
- You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
