We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Stream Lead for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) stream within the SAP S/4HANA business transformation program. The Stream Lead will play a critical role in representing the procurement function, ensuring seamless integration with other streams, and driving the successful implementation of the S2P processes. The Stream Lead is responsible to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of their stream's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Representation: Act as the primary representative for the procurement function within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Status Reporting: Regularly present the status of the S2P stream to program management, highlighting progress, milestones, and key achievements.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and communicate risks associated with the S2P stream, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Work Item Oversight: Oversee and plan work items, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. They track project progress and ensure that the project team meets objectives within defined timescales and budget.
• Integration Management: Coordinate and manage integration points with other streams, ensuring cohesive and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve S2P processes and drive efficiencies within the procurement function.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, decisions, and changes related to the S2P stream.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM (focus procurement processes), and solid experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Project Management: Proven experience in leading project streams with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the S2P relevant functions, and its integration with other modules.
• Communication: Good verbal and written English skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. German language is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Certifications: Certifications in SAP S/4HANA, project management (e.g., PMP), or procurement (e.g., CPSM) are a plus.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 51.800,00 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
