El Técnico de Servicio será responsable de la gestión de todos los aspectos del servicio y la atención total a los clientes existentes. Key Responsibilities

· Diagnosticar problemas del Sistema.
· Realizar reparaciones, soporte técnico.
· Emitir recomendaciones a cliente para el cuidado y uso de equipos.
· Atención al cliente del progreso de mantenimiento durante la aplicación.
· Recopilar y registrar información para monitorear el rendimiento.
· Escalar la resolución de problemas técnicos mediante la búsqueda oportuna de asesoramiento o asistencia de soporte técnico.
· Realizar actividades administrativas relacionadas con los servicios y viáticos (reportes, dictámenes, etc.)
· Cuidar y administrar adecuadamente las herramientas, refacciones y recursos asignados.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Experiencia en Soporte técnico o se consideran Prácticas o Servicio Social en Mantenimiento
• Carrera técnica concluida o Ingeniería: Mecatrónica, Informática y/o Electrónica o afín.
• Disponibilidad de trabajar en campo en Toluca y alrededores.
• Manejo de automóvil estándar y licencia de manejo vigente.
• Disponibilidad de Capacitación en Vallejo, Gustavo A. Madero durante una semana.

Skills Required
- Experience in technical support, maintenance, or accepted internships/social service
- Completed technical degree or engineering in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics or related
- Availability to work in the field in Toluca, Tenango, and Zinacantepec
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle and valid driver's license
- Willingness to attend one-week training in Vallejo, Gustavo A. Madero
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Glory equipment
- Diagnose system problems and perform on-site repairs and technical support
- Complete administrative service tasks and reporting, manage parts and tools properly
