-Carrera Técnica-Bachillerato, Licenciatura en tecnologías de Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Informática, Ingeniería en Comunicaciones y Electrónica y/o carreras a fin.
-2 años de experiencia en industria de la tecnología dando soporte a computadoras (laptop, desktop), impresoras, laptop, handheld entre otros.

Responsabilidades del puesto.
-Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas operativos y software.
-Networking Intermedio-Avanzado
-Destreza en sistemas operativos: Windows 10 y 11
-Microsoft 365 Avanzado.
-Destreza en la paquetería de Office suite mínimo un 70%
-Optimización e Implementación de las mejores practicas en los procesos de soporte técnico.
-Dar soporte correctivo de primer nivel a los usuarios
-Programar el mantenimiento preventivo Hardware y Software de la empresa.
-Instalación y administración del sistemas Administrativos y aplicativos para computo operativo.
-Soporte técnico de primer nivel a las APP corporativas
-Control del inventario y elaboración de cartas de resguardo para Equipos de Cómputo e Impresoras y Asignación e instalación de Equipos de cómputo nuevos.
-Gestión de la infraestructura-Conocimientos en seguridad informática, incluyendo la protección de datos y la prevención de amenazas.
-Uso básico de bases de datos SQL (consultas simples, respaldo y restauración).
-Conocimientos en almacenamiento en la nube (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox)
-Generación de manuales de usuario y guías rápidas, para respaldo de la información
-Configuración, administración y soporte (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN)
