Delight is Simpro Group's AI-powered marketing tool — and we're taking it directly to one of the most valuable assets in the business: an established portfolio of customers who already run on Simpro.This is not an account management role. It's not renewal admin or relationship maintenance. It's a high-velocity, full-cycle sales role with a warm hunting ground — and we need an experienced AE closer to own it.

What You’ll Do
High-Velocity Sales Execution
Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
Self-generate pipeline from an existing customer base and convert it fast; ~2 week sales cycle, one to two calls to close
Drive cross-sell revenue by translating Delight's AI capability into clear, tangible business value for each prospect
Manage a high volume of opportunities without sacrificing qualification discipline or close rate
Deal Management & Closure
Run tight, outcome-oriented demos and discovery that accelerate decision-making
Handle commercial objections and negotiate pricing with confidence — price is a weapon here, not a concession
Get a commitment before you leave the conversation; "we'll think about it" is not a pipeline stage
Once a deal is closed, hand it off and move immediately to the next
Performance, Forecasting & Reporting
Know your numbers cold — quota attainment, conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide reliable weekly forecasts
Operate with a data-driven mindset; track what's working and adjust fast
Collaboration
Feed customer insights back to the product team — you're closest to the market and your feedback shapes the roadmap
Stay sharp on competitive positioning so every conversation lands with authority
What You’ll Bring
Skills
A closer's instinct — you create urgency tied to the buyer's situation, not discounts
Strong qualification discipline; you know when to push and when to cut a deal loose
Confident running your own demos end-to-end and owning the commercial conversation
High-output outbound mentality — structured cadences, phone-first, self-generated pipeline
The communication skills to make complex technology feel simple and compelling to non-technical, SMB buyers
Experience
You are an experienced AE with a proven SaaS closing record
Demonstrated success in high-velocity deals: short sales cycles, $5–10K ACV, SMB or vertical SaaS environment strongly preferred
Consistent quota attainment
This is an in-office role. We build and scale through in-person collaboration

Skills Required
- Proven experience in a technical sales-support or sales engineering role within the SaaS industry
- Experience in Field Service Management, Payments, or adjacent vertical software markets
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outbound activity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
