Work with Customer Service & Operations and our software partners to ensure processes remain fit for purpose and provide governance that we invoice our customers in-line with our payments to our partners.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end solutions renewals, ensuring strong retention, timely processing, and protection of solutions revenue
- Build and actively manage a forward-looking renewals pipeline with clear accountability for delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all live solutions contracts, ensuring data integrity and visibility of install base
- Drive commercial performance through margin analysis, setting target margins by channel, identifying contracts below threshold, and leading recovery plans with stakeholders
- Lead and implement pricing strategies, including structured price increase programs aligned to revenue and margin improvement
- Ensure billing accuracy and governance across customer invoicing and partner costs, meeting SLAs and protecting profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key solutions providers to improve renewals processes, alignment, and visibility
- Support and collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations, build strong understanding of the full solutions portfolio and end-to-end lifecycle
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track solutions revenue, renewals, retention, and extensions, while driving continuous process improvement
Qualifications:
Technical/business education required on middle –vocational level.
