Job Summary
Reporting directly to the GTM Lead, ProCogia is looking for a driven and consultative Solutions Sales Specialist to join our growing Go-To-Market team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities by connecting prospective clients with ProCogia's end-to-end data solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their data challenges and positioning ProCogia's capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their data challenges and identify how ProCogia's solutions can deliver value
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience throughout
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, reporting progress and forecasts to the GTM Lead
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and ProCogia's evolving service offerings to effectively position the company in the market
- Represent ProCogia at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads
Qualifications
- 7–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise SaaS or professional services
- Demonstrated functional knowledge of generative and agentic AI platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Gemini, Anthropic, NVIDIA, and Nemotron
- Experience selling AI, data, or analytics solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, including AI and data solutions, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a consultative sales environment where solutions are tailored to client needs
- Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to the US as needed, up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field
Compensation
- Base salary $100,000, $275,000 OTE
