Responsibilities include integration of models and services, evaluation-driven development, observability and governance, troubleshooting performance, and collaborating to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions with strong software engineering practices.

Hands-on LLM research and engineering internship: adapt and fine-tune open-weight models, curate and prepare datasets, run single- and multi-GPU experiments, design evaluation frameworks, improve RAG and inference reliability, and communicate reproducible findings to support enterprise AI deployments.

Contribute to translating and modernizing analytical code between SAS, R, and Python. Develop and test AI-assisted workflows for code translation and validation, compare outputs to originals, document translation fidelity, and support knowledge-sharing with senior consultants on internal and client projects.
