Solutions Principal – Identity Security
Position Summary
RSA is seeking a Solutions Principal to drive the growth of RSA Professional Services and Identity Security solutions across the region. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to customers, sales teams, and partners, helping organizations transform their identity programs while increasing adoption of RSA solutions and services.
The Solutions Principal combines deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with strong business acumen to identify opportunities, shape solution strategy, accelerate customer outcomes, and expand RSA's footprint within strategic accounts.
This role is measured by its ability to influence revenue, increase Professional Services attach rates, support strategic deals, and drive long-term customer success.
Principal Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Leadership
- Drive Professional Services bookings, attach rate, and expansion opportunities across the region.
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to develop account growth strategies.
- Identify and qualify new consulting, implementation, advisory, residency, and optimization opportunities.
- Support strategic pursuits through executive presentations, workshops, solution reviews, and business value discussions.
- Contribute to regional pipeline development and revenue objectives.
Strategic Advisory & Solution Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, security leaders, and architects.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business drivers, security challenges, and identity transformation initiatives.
- Develop solution strategies and implementation roadmaps that align customer requirements with RSA capabilities and services.
- Shape Statements of Work (SOWs), service proposals, and implementation approaches.
Identity Security Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert for RSA Governance & Lifecycle, ID Plus, ID Plus Prime, and SecurID.
- Advise customers on Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management, Authentication Modernization, Compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Guide customers on best practices, architecture, and adoption strategies across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
Thought Leadership
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams.
- Develop reusable assets, playbooks, and service offerings that improve scalability and sales effectiveness.
- Represent RSA at customer events, industry conferences, and partner engagements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity consulting or professional services.
- Strong expertise in Identity Governance, Provisioning, Access Certification, MFA, SSO, Lifecycle Management, and Identity Security.
- Proven success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and growing professional services revenue.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Success Measures
