About the Role:

The Solutions Operations Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support to Wiley’s Editorial Management Solutions team within Research Publishing. The role involves coordinating communications, maintaining feedback repositories, organising meetings and shared workspaces, tracking pilots and releases, and supporting key operational projects.

This position requires excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple trackers and follow up proactively with stakeholders. The role will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure information, documentation, and operational activities remain organised and progress through to completion.


How you will make an impact:

  • Support team communications and resource navigation, including coordinating newsletters and helping stakeholders understand how existing resources fit together.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain shared workspaces, including collating agendas, managing Teams spaces, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Maintain the feedback repository and support interim integrity reporting to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain registers for pilots and limited releases, tracking activities through to completion and coordinating configuration and rollout activities with relevant teams.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions related to pilots and limited releases are completed on time.
  • Provide operational support to manager-led screening projects, including collating materials, maintaining documentation, and recording agreed outcomes.
  • Keep project documentation and decisions organised and ready for implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams, locations, and time zones.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple trackers and follow up proactively with stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work independently on routine and detail-focused activities over sustained periods.
  • Resilience and adaptability when priorities change.
  • Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Exposure to scholarly publishing, peer-review systems, or related editorial workflows would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking tools would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools would be an advantage.
  • Coursework or certifications in business administration, information systems, or project management would be desirable.
