Position Overview
Nextpower is seeking a Solutions Manager with a proven track record of driving results to own the strategy, performance and evolution of the Aftermarket Solutions portfolio (warranties, availability guarantees, equipment replacement and upgrades, and solar power plant repowering). This role is accountable for driving profitable growth, setting multi-year solution roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, differentiated service offerings aligned with enterprise objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development, service delivery, and customer success.
The ideal candidate has a data driven mindset and experience in developing strategy, managing products and services, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to drive solution design, development, and delivery to maximize benefits both for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and financial performance of the Aftermarket solutions portfolio
· Analyze the current Aftermarket Solutions portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization & growth
· Identify unmet customer needs through market analysis & lead the development & launch of new solutions
· Set pricing and margin targets in partnership with Finance, with decision authority for solution economics
· Collaborate with Operations & Field Services to design scalable, cost-effective delivery & support models
· Lead the development of tools & processes to enable consistency and scalability across solutions
· Partner with Sales and Business Development to scope service solutions for customer proposals, ensuring commercial and operational viability
· Monitor performance metrics such as gross margin, attach rates, customer satisfaction, gross margin to drive continuous, data-based improvements
· Define multi-year growth strategy to achieve revenue and margin objectives

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required (business, engineering or finance degrees preferred), MBA preferred
· 6+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or strategy
· Familiarity with service business model, pricing strategy, margin & CSAT optimization
· Ability to travel up to 10%-15% (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications
· Renewable energy or hardware/software industry experience
· Big picture mindset and ability to understand implications across multiple areas of the business
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to resolve complex issues
· Ability to distinguish meaningful information from random or irrelevant data to identify what really matters
· Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
· Proven ability to operate independently & drive results in ambiguous environments
· Passion for customer-focused innovation
· Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

· Accountable for delivering 2x revenue growth over 2-3 years through portfolio expansion, pricing optimization, and new solution launches, with regular executive performance reviews
· Solution attach rate and revenue growth
