We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Solutions Integration Specialist to join our Near Patient Care team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that Roche Point of Care solutions are seamlessly implemented and optimally utilised at customer sites, mainly hospitals in Belgium.

Your impact
In this role, you will:

Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring perfect implementation and continuous support.

Enable customers to realise the full value and benefits of Roche solutions.

Develop strong collaborations with internal and external partners to optimise the implementation and usage experience.
Your responsibilities

You lead all aspects of the deployment of Roche Point of Care solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive implementation process for Belgian customers.

You deliver extensive training to customers, equipping them with the knowledge to effectively use our solutions.

You act as a reliable support contact, providing ongoing mentorship and resolving any usage issues.

You work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to tailor implementation plans that meet specific needs.

You collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to build and refine educational tools and resources.

You cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and advocacy.
Your Profile

You have 3 - 5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.

You have a deep knowledge of our product portfolios and their value to customers.

You possess a strong understanding of Belgian customer settings and operational realities.
-
You dispose of an agile mentality, characterised by respect, collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability.

You are dedicated to overcoming challenges and achieving a vision, with a proactive and resilient attitude.

You have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You are proficient in Dutch, French and in English.
