What you'll do :
The Analyst, Discovery works cross-functionally in a sales support and strategic role. This position is responsible for creating Discovery packages and reports for Nexxen clients across both pre- and post-sales stages, delivering data-driven recommendations and activation-ready insights based on Nexxen’s Discovery technology.
This role will be based in the Los Angeles, CA office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest. This is an exempt position.

This role includes client-facing responsibilities and requires comfort with presenting, training, and providing platform walkthroughs to both internal and external stakeholders. The Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on the Discovery platform, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is driven, curious, and a fast learner who asks thoughtful questions and enjoys working with data. They are a strong analytical thinker who can turn insights into compelling narratives that solve business problems.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys a mix of independent work and cross-functional collaboration, and who is comfortable sharing ideas, taking initiative, and learning through iteration.
Job Description:
· Leverage Nexxen’s proprietary Discovery platform to uncover audience insights, trends, and opportunities that inform client strategy
· Build high-quality, insight-driven Discovery packages that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for pre- and post-sales engagements
· Lead end-to-end analysis, from framing the business question to delivering insights that drive client decision-making and campaign performance
· Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Present insights, recommendations, and platform capabilities confidently to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
· Partner closely with Sales, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to support RFPs, client strategy, and ongoing account growth
· Contribute to the development of new market hypotheses, audience strategies, and data-driven solutions that enhance Nexxen’s value proposition
· Act as a subject matter expert on the Discovery platform, providing training, guidance, and best practices across the organization
· Support and participate in agency and client meetings as the Discovery lead, positioning insights as a key driver of performance and differentiation
· Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and storytelling to elevate the impact of Discovery deliverables
What You'll Bring:
· 2+ years of experience in research, data analytics or data analysis
· High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Great analytical skills
· Work well in a cross-functional team environment
· Interest in the Analytics, Big Data and Advertising space
· BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
· Experience in research/analytics/account management/social media manager/ agency strategy teams - a plus
· Experience in the programmatic advertising space - a plus
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $80,000 - 100,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
