In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to conduct technical pre-sales activities that support the sales cycle. You will collaborate with partners and customers to clarify the features and benefits of appropriate Acronis solutions for requirements related to cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and asset management, and to promote adoption of our products and services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Acronis's products and services. Maintain knowledge of key industries and respond to customer inquiries.
- Focus on market development, gap analysis, and developing new sales opportunities. Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers of prospects.
- Analyze the technical and business requirements of prospects.
- Create business proposals outlining Acronis solutions for identified requirements and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- As an Acronis engineer, conduct on-site and remote meetings with prospective clients.
- Demonstrate and promote Acronis products and technologies.
- Conduct presentations on Acronis' technologies and solutions will be held for customers, partners, and the general public.
- Propose solutions aimed at solving clients' business problems and act as technical advisors to clients.
- Facilitate and manage PoCs of Acronis solutions.
- Manage the resolution of technical issues during the pre-sales process.
- Share customer and market feedback with Acronis's product management, engineering, support, and other related departments.
