Position Overview:


Cellebrite is seeking a Solutions Engineer to engage with customers throughout the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to customer success. This role supports technical efforts associated with solutions that help law enforcement agencies achieve their digital transformation goals.

Travel is required - 50%


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify current and future customer technical requirements by building relationships with prospective and existing customers and other stakeholders who influence product needs.
  • Plan and deliver customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and equipment demonstrations.
  • Manage tenders and develop technical proposals.
  • Support end-user trials and proof of concepts (PoCs) as required, including regional travel.
  • Provide product and equipment technical information by responding to customer questions and requests.
  • Prepare solution designs by understanding customer requirements and documentation, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Enable customer teams through technical training and knowledge transfer, and maintain strong relationships via regular weekly/monthly calls and follow-ups.
  • Represent Cellebrite at trade shows and industry events.
  • Engage internal stakeholders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management) to align on customer needs and delivery.
  • Ensure successful product/solution implementation and adoption.
  • Propose and demonstrate Cellebrite products as required.

Requirements
  • Japanese or Korean language skills (spoken and written).
  • Fluency in written and spoken business English.
  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, IT, or a related field- at least 2 years of experience
  • Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles is an advantage.
  • Experience in law enforcement or the public policing sector is an advantage.
  • Technical background in telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus.
  • Knowledge of hardware products and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking.
  • Knowledge of network communications and internet protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
  • Project Management Experience an Advantage.
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently.

Skills Required

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, IT, or a related field
