You’ll be the bridge between our cutting-edge platform and the customers who rely on it—turning early excitement into production-ready solutions.
This isn’t a back-office role: you’ll be in the trenches with both developers and decision-makers, guiding them through technical implementation, solution design, and integration. Whether debugging APIs, architecting custom workflows, or unblocking enterprise teams, you’ll ensure that Creatify delivers not just value, but delight.

Your Mission 🚀Deep expertise – Develop a thorough technical understanding of Creatify’s platform to support customers at every level.
Creative problem-solving – Partner with customers to design solutions that fit their business needs while showcasing the flexibility of Creatify.
Diagnose + resolve fast – Debug APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and provide clear, actionable fixes.
Think like the customer – Spot recurring patterns, improve documentation, and collaborate with engineering to eliminate root-cause issues.
Build resources – Create demos, sample code, and developer-facing assets that make integration seamless.
Optimize for speed – Strive for near-zero resolution time by eliminating inefficiencies and automating workflows.
Scale impact – Document and systematize solutions so customers never face the same blocker twice.
Own enablement – Guide enterprise teams on best practices for scaling Creatify integrations.
Strong development experience—you can build, deploy, and debug end-to-end applications (bonus points if you’re a v0 enthusiast).
Comfort juggling multiple projects and clients without missing a beat.
Customer-obsessed mindset—you take pride in delivering fast, high-quality solutions.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
Resourceful and solution-oriented—if something’s broken, you figure out how to fix it.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, APIs, and webhooks.
Bonus: exposure to AI/ML models, video processing APIs, or adjacent technologies.
