We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team. The Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer success by providing technical expertise, designing customized solutions, and delivering exceptional support to prospective and existing customers. 

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities, and will have experience in both modern SaaS web technologies as well as payments, fintech, or an adjacent field with a preference for experience with embedded payments.

What are some of the high-impact opportunities you’ll tackle?

• Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales representatives and prospective customers to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and challenges. Provide expert guidance and consultation on how our products or services can address their specific needs effectively.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our offerings. Tailor demonstrations to highlight key value propositions and address specific customer pain points.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop technical implementation plans that move customers through the process quickly and efficiently. Validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions in real-world environments. Gather feedback, and iterate as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and address technical inquiries from prospective and existing customers. Troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, to resolve any technical challenges or concerns raised by customers.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention and expansion opportunities.
• Content Creation: Contribute to documentation, guides, and blogs that help to educate, inform, and excite prospective and existing customers. 

This opportunity is for you if you have / are:

• Proven experience in a technical or solutions engineering or related role, preferably in payments, fintech, or an adjacent field.
• Strong technical proficiency with web technologies including ability to understand and troubleshoot SaaS integrations that leverage REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and Javascript. 
• Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices and experience with writing and editing API documentation.
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to effectively address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Located in Atlanta, GA (preferred)
