CyberArk is seeking a motivated and results-driven Solutions Engineer to equally support direct customer presales and empower channel partners. You will drive technical success throughout the sales cycle, advocating CyberArk’s solutions to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales activities and achieve technical wins with direct customers.
- Develop and deliver tailored CyberArk solutions and manage proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to uncover new opportunities.
- Enable and educate channel partners by enhancing their technical skills and product knowledge.
- Respond to technical inquiries in RFIs/RFPs from both customers and partners.
- Represent CyberArk at industry events and seminars.
- Collaborate with product management by providing customer and partner feedback.
- Continuously develop expertise in CyberArk’s solutions and related technologies.

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role, preferably in the cybersecurity or enterprise software space.
- 2+ years of experience enabling Channels and Partners with the right technical skills and knowledge.
- Expertise in Windows/Active Directory administration, Unix/Linux systems, and related technologies.
- In-depth understanding of security concepts and the creation of security roles that satisfy both functional and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with CyberArk’s solutions is preferred, or similar experience in enterprise security, identity management, systems management, IAM, SIEM, or policy management solutions.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, capable of presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across organizational levels and drive collaborative solutions.
- Business acumen to support partners in building and growing opportunities in alignment with sales objectives.
- Operational knowledge of LDAP directories and authentication methods; familiarity with enterprise application authentication (e.g., .NET, Java, CLI) is a plus.
- Scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is an advantage.
- CISSP certification is preferred.
