As a Solutions Engineer you will:
- Provide technical escalation assistance for Client Ops via SE ticket queue and ad-hoc
- Analyze and interpret Logs
- Troubleshoot database specific issues
- Mentor and help develop technical resources within Client Ops
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Expert Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Implementation Specialist 2 Technical Competencies
- SSO (Including CAS) Troubleshooting
- Experience with Module Requirements and Development
- Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure, Networking skills, PowerShell scripting
- Experience with JSON Scripting
- Advanced Issue Training
- Experience with IT Compliance Questionnaires
- Experience with bugs and task escalation and prioritization
- Knowledge of usability, regression, and stress testing
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong ability to prioritize workload and escalations
- Remain professional under severe pressure
- High level of customer empathy
- Ability to create and deliver advanced trainings
- Sound decision making skills and judgement
- Organizational savvy
