Role:
東京を拠点に、日本国内の営業活動を支援するソリューションエンジニアを募集します。顧客企業の課題を理解し、自身の技術力を活かして最適な提案を行います。単なるソリューション導入にとどまらず、顧客価値の創出と実現をゴールとし、寄り添った支援を重視します。GSS（Global Shared Service）では、幅広い案件に効率的に対応できるよう、営業担当者や他のソリューションエンジニアからチケットベースでリクエストを受け付けています。単発のタスク対応から案件全体のリードまで、技術面から幅広く提案活動を支援します。高いコミュニケーション力、主体性、成長意欲を持ち、チームワークを大切にできる方を歓迎します。
Responsibilities:
セールス担当者をはじめとする社内チームと連携し、技術的責任を持って提案活動を推進する
提案活動の一環として、プレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションを行い、技術的な課題に対応する
ハンズオンワークショップや活用提案、その他の技術支援を通じて顧客企業内の Splunk利用者を育成し、Splunkソリューションの利用拡大を促進する
お客様の技術スタッフ、リーダー、経営陣と強固な関係を構築し、維持する
特定の案件の推進だけでなく、営業担当者や他のソリューションエンジニアからのチケットベースの単発タスクにも柔軟かつ的確に対応する
セミナー講師、カンファレンスやトレードショーなどで登壇
ウェブコンテンツの開発、資料の作成・レビュー、営業手法の改善支援など
Requirements:
3年以上のソリューションエンジニア、プリセールス、セールスエンジニアのご経験者。もしくは 3年以上のシステム開発や運用・保守、セキュリティエンジニアなどの経験を通じて IT技術を学ばれた方で、これからソリューションエンジニアへキャリアシフトをお考えの方
